The form asks for your name, phone, email, city, project details and preferred timing, and optionally your company, project address, comments and photos. The service, material and approximate area help assess the scope. The date, language, originating page and any campaign parameters in the link are attached to the request.
This information is used to assess your request, contact you, clarify the project and prepare a possible quote. It does not automatically subscribe you to advertising. Photos are not published as completed projects without separate authorization.
Only include information relevant to the assessment. Avoid faces, licence plates, documents or other details unrelated to the surface. A full project address and photos are optional at first contact.
Requests are stored in a database and photos in restricted storage. The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare technical services. These providers may process information outside Québec. Management access is restricted to the authorized account. If email notifications are enabled, necessary information is also transmitted to the email provider.
No advertising or profiling trackers have been added. Aggregated counters measure actions such as starting a request, calling or sending photos, without an advertising identifier. Your browser temporarily keeps visit origin and campaign parameters to attach them to your request. Hosting may process technical logs and essential cookies, including for private access and security.
The hosted website uses HTTPS. Submissions and files are validated and subject to upload limits. Information should be retained for as long as needed for collection purposes, subject to applicable obligations. ZenoPro can delete requests and their photos; deletion is not automatic.
You may request access, correction or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable obligations. Withdrawal may limit our ability to assess the project. Contact the address below for questions or complaints. Identity verification may be required. ZenoPro management receives requests addressed to the person responsible for personal information protection.
