ZenoPro Inc. operates zenopro.ca to present its restoration, cleaning and surface treatment services on the North Shore, in Laval and in Montréal. Company contact information appears below.

Requesting an estimate

Submitting the form requests an assessment. Submission and its acknowledgement are not an order for work, a reservation or acceptance of a price. This form does not request payment.

A photo assessment may require clarification, a test or a site visit. Method, scope, price, taxes, schedule, payment and applicable cancellation terms must be specified in the proposal and contractual exchanges before commitment. Applicable contract rules, including for distance contracts, still apply.

Service information

A method’s suitability and the intended outcome depend on the surface, its condition and the contaminant. Service descriptions present options to assess and do not guarantee identical results on every material. Material photos illustrating services are illustrative.

Using the form and sharing content

Provide accurate information and only photos you have the right to share. Do not use the site to send unlawful content, spam or malicious files, or to attempt access to another person’s records.

You keep your rights to submitted materials. Submission allows ZenoPro to use them to handle your request; it does not authorize advertising publication. The privacy policy explains personal information processing.

Brand, images and external links

The brand, text and visuals belong to ZenoPro or are used under their owners’ rights and licences. Their presence does not grant general reuse permission. Uses allowed by law and applicable licences remain respected.

External services and sites have their own operating and privacy rules. Review them when you choose to use those services.

Availability and applicable rights

Maintenance or technical problems may temporarily interrupt the site. If the form is unavailable, contact us using the displayed phone number or email.

Applicable Québec and Canadian rules govern the website and services. Nothing in these terms removes a legal warranty, limits liability where prohibited by law or takes away a consumer’s mandatory rights or remedies.
